First of all it's 7 days fresher than any retailer. How? Once it' caught and processed it's flown by commerical airline and a few hours later it arrives in our facility in Miami and then it's delivered to you only a few days later. No one does it faster or fresher.  It's just pure 100% ocean raised and ocean loved salmon.  No heavy metals, microplastics, hormones or antibiotic will be found in our salmon. The salmon live in pristine waters of Patagonia mountains of Chile.

The answer is yes. 🍣 Our frozen Oshen's 12 is ready to eat. Simply thaw it the night before and then make your favorite shashimi, Salmon roll or poke bowl.

Is your Salmon Sushi grade.

Our salmon is farmed. This is a good thing. Oshen Salmon practices sustainable aquaculture. 
Our salmon is raised in pristine ocean waters, far from pollution and other forms of contamination.
How about that it's just salmon, free from antibiotics and hormones. It's also free of heavy metals and microplastics which can be found in wild fish.

It's better than wild caught and so much fresher!
 


Is your salmon wild or farmed?

We process orders 24-48 hours after purchase.  We ship out Monday Thru Thursday, so expect your shipment to arrive within 2 days. Orders are shipped UPS and FedEx.  Shipping cut off is noon for the next processing day. If you place an order Monday night, it's possible it won't arrive until Friday. Make sure you check your appetite accordingly.

Why is this?  
The salmon you order today is still in the ocean! It takes a few days to get that salmon to our facility to ship it.
THAT MEANS FRESH!!
